The 24-year-old has revealed how she snapped back to shape following the birth of her daughter Nelly in July of this year

TOWIE's Billie Faiers has shed a stone in imelda perfect slim diet pills weight since having a baby to her daughter Nelly in July.

But the reality star, who went from a size 8 to some ten during being pregnant, hasn't been doing any crazy diets.

Nope, the new mother, who's engaged to Greg Shepherd, has been using good old fashioned exercise and she has been rather inventive about it.

Billie told Now magazine: "I rarely get time to myself, so I've been doing exercises throughout the house. When I have a spare 5 minutes, I do a set of 20 squats and crunches. I
actually do five sets over the course of your day - when I get free from the shower or when Nelly is asleep or using her mat.

"It seems like a small thing but they build up. I'm also constantly on my small feet and lifting the baby, so I'm burning energy and keeping my metabolism moving and I've been
doing lots of walking near my house in Brentwood."

Sensibly the beautiful blonde knows it's not realistic to try dietary fads, like ditching the carbs, when she has a new born on her hands.

Instead she's been eating in moderation and has even allowed herself treats when she's craved them.

During her pregnancy the 24-year-old put on a stone . 5 - going from 8st 7lb to 10st.

Her 32G bust went up to 34H but she says the rest of her putting on weight, besides the bump, probably wouldn't have been noticeable to anyone else.

Billie, who insists her main priority is her daughter, admits she continues to have a few pound to lose.

She said: "I'm confident about my body and people have been so nice, saying I look great - that provides me a boost.

"I'm just over 9st now, so Let me lose another imelda perfect slim 5x half a stone, but there's no major rush to get at the prospective."

We aren't surprised she's happy because she looks AMAZING and she or he has a beautiful little girl.
