A woman has been awarded Woman of the Year super slim green lean at a slimming club after losing over five stone.

I have a stone to get rid of until I reach my target weight however this award has really motivated me to reach transpire."The dog owner said there wasn't any plans to restore the mountain climbing wall "at this stage".

"It's there there might be a chance later on, we're always looking at further expansions too," she said.

Over the past year, I've been going for a photo more or fewer every meal that I've eaten. But I'm not sending those photos to Instagram sport burner diet pills or Facebook -- instead, I'm uploading them to a diet app called Rise, which has solved the problem to consume better and lose weight.

Rise founder Suneel Gupta created the app in part based on his own family's experience coping with diet and weight loss when he would be a kid. (Disclosure: Suneel may be the husband of my former colleague Leena Rao, who first got me into the app.) His parents were experiencing maintaining a healthy diet, and wound up finally finding a dietitian that will use creating a plan around their South Asian diet.

It had been part of a broader Slimming World does Race for Life event happening round the UK.
